‘Sic Parvis Magna’, which means, ‘Greatness from small beginnings.’ That’s one of our core values at Solunation. We genuinely believe that almost every great thing out there started from humble beginnings. We’re problem solvers by mind and ambitious capitalists at heart, but with a core set of values that places people, trust, loyalty, and relationships at the top of the priority chain.

Vision and mission statements?  At times are overrated, we think. To us, what’s even more powerful is one’s Why. When your Why is clear, everything else; vision, mission, strategy, just falls into place.

For us, that Why is crystal clear, rooted in a quote from Steve Jobs: "When you grow up, you tend to get told that the world is the way it is, and your life is just to live your life inside the world, try not to bash into the walls too much. Try to have a nice family life, have fun, save a little money. That’s a very limited life. Everything around you, special or not, that you call life was made up by people that were no smarter than you. And you can change it, you can influence it, you can build your own things that other people can use. And once you realize that, life can be much broader and you can change the world."

We’re driven by scale, we love creating value at a large scale. Even if we haven’t achieved or experienced that feeling of scale ourselves yet, we’re obsessed with it. We’re building towards a global impact, but until then, our goal is to help others achieve scale and get a taste of that experience by being part of their journey. Solunation is just the name or the umbrella that unites us; at the end of the day, it’s us, the people in the pack, who will create value at scale in our own time. People upliftment is something we believe in and practice, empowering each other to grow.

That’s our Why. Call it our vision, mission, or whatever else you like, it’s the driving force behind everything we do.

Maybe this sounds bold, or even a bit capitalist, but we’re unapologetically authentic. We know we’re future leaders. We want to do it all, simply because we can, because we’re driven to fulfill our potential and not let it go to waste. That’s who we are, united as a pack, guided by ethics and values, looking out for others, adding value wherever we can, and taking care of ourselves along the way.
